The flexible design of our homes and usage of multi purpose areas means that we are able to minimise the overall size of the home while maintaining maximum feel & usability.

While our standard designs will suit a lot of peoples needs, our aim is to alter each design slightly to suit the clients specific block. Redesigning the home to suit the individual block allows us to take advantage of the best aspect for our passive design features ensuring the home will perform at its peak without the need for heating & cooling.

The Island series is our most exciting series to date. We have had fantastic feedback so far and the possibilities really do appear to be endless. Our customers can not only have a large input into the overall design but as well we can offer at least 3 different price points within each design. This not only allows you the flexibility to decide exactly what components you need for your lifestyle right now, it also gives you the flexibility to add on as your family or your finances grow.

The Climbing Series provides stylish designs for those looking for a larger 2 storey family home whilst still incorporating our solar passive design principles. The split level design of these homes can also work perfectly on those sloping sites. As with all of our designs, these can be customised to ensure that the home suits your site and will perform to your expectations.
