Concept to Completion

Concept Design

Once the design brief is established we will prepare a concept floor plan, 3D sketch perspectives and an estimate of the construction costs. To prepare your concept, we will require a detailed contour survey of your site as well as an initial deposit of $1,500*

Detailed Design

During the detailed design phase, we will work closely with you to develop the design of your home and finalise the plans in preparation for submission to council/private certifier. We will also carry out a thermal assessment on your design to see where we might be able to make improvements to the design itself or the materials utilised to improve the energy efficiency of the home. To execute the design contract, we require a deposit of 2.5% of the estimated construction costs*.

Selections & Finishes

Our team will guide you through the selections process including kitchen design & finishes, bathroom/ensuite design, electrical layouts, PC items and internal and external colours and finishes.

Building Contract

Following the selections process, we will provide you with your final contract price, detailed inclusions & contract documentation. An invoice will then be issued for the balance of the building contract deposit less the design fees.

Construction

Now we bring your vision to life! Once we have received the relevant approvals we will confirm your start date on site and introduce you to your Site Supervisor. You are invited (and encouraged!) to inspect the progress of your home on a regular basis when accompanied by your Site Supervisor.
