Where personal service meets quality construction
Living Green Designer Homes
A more personal, considered way to build
Living Green Designer Homes is a Central Coast builder specialising in high-quality custom homes, renovations and additions — working closely with homeowners and their architects or building designers to deliver well-resolved, carefully executed builds.
We’re a small, hands-on team, and that’s intentional. By taking on a limited number of projects each year, we’re able to stay closely involved at every stage — giving our clients direct access to the people actually delivering their home.
Who you’ll be working with
Living Green was established in 2007 by accredited HIA GreenSmart Professional Craig Riddle, a licensed builder with over 40 years of experience on the Central Coast.
Today, the business is run by Brett Riddle and Skye Eaton, who have both been part of Living Green for more than 15 years.
Brett oversees all on-site construction, working directly with our trusted trades to ensure every detail is executed to a high standard.
Skye manages pricing, selections, and project coordination — keeping everything organised, transparent, and clearly communicated from start to finish.
This structure gives our clients something that’s increasingly rare — consistency, accountability, and a genuinely well-managed building process.
How we work
As experienced builders, we work closely with architects and building designers to deliver considered, well-resolved homes.
Where possible, we find the best outcomes come from being involved early — collaborating with your designer to help guide key decisions before construction begins.
If you don’t already have a designer, we can connect you with trusted professionals or help guide you through the early stages of your project.
Our approach is built around:
Quality & Attention to Detail
A hands-on site presence and trusted team of trades ensure every stage is delivered with care and precision.
Clear Communication & Transparency
You’ll always know where things are at — with structured communication, clear allowances, and a straightforward, well-managed process.
A Better Building Experience
We place a strong focus on making the process as smooth and considered as the outcome — because how your home is built matters just as much as how it looks.
What we value
Quality over quantity
We take on a limited number of projects so each one gets the time and attention it deserves.
Long-term thinking
We build homes our clients plan to live in for decades — focusing on durability, performance, and timeless outcomes.
Genuine relationships
We work closely with our clients throughout the build, with an emphasis on trust, respect, and clear communication.

Skye Eaton

Thoughtful Building & Thermal Performance
Our experience in sustainable and high-performance residential construction has given us a strong understanding of how thoughtful building practices contribute to the overall quality of a home.
From insulation and glazing through to orientation, ventilation and carefully considered sealing and construction detailing, we consider the elements that improve comfort, thermal performance and long-term liveability.
While sustainability is only one part of a well-designed home, these principles help create homes that not only look beautiful, but feel better to live in every day.
