Today, the company is led by Craig’s son Brett Riddle and Skye Eaton, who each bring more than 15 years of experience. Alongside our trusted team, we focus on clear communication, genuine collaboration and attention to detail to ensure every home reflects our clients’ vision and is built to the highest standard.

LGDH were amazing throughout the whole process from sitting down with us over design, handling the council process and the quality is outstanding. The home was finished in 7 months from site set up and this included the Christmas period. Craig and his team involved us at every step and listened to our ideas and our concerns. Our house is designed to be very energy efficient and comfortable to live in and follows passive house principles and many builders did not want to take on such a project. No such issues with LGDH. I can’t praise the team highly enough they are just outstanding. On time, on budget and quality work what more could you ask for.

They were super professional, prompt from our initial meeting through to the delivery of our beautiful home.
Skye and Brett from Living Green Designer Homes helped us negotiate initial steps and then produced a beautiful house with high levels of craftsmanship evident throughout.
During the build they kept us fully informed of progress, any adjustments that need to be made with regular visual and verbal updates. The duration of the build (during covid) was exactly what they advised and without any hidden costs.
The energy efficient nature of the build and fixtures such as double glazing, window positioning to get the best from the seasons and solar panels have provided us with ongoing energy cost savings higher than we anticipated.
After the build Living Green Designer Homes were on hand to help with any small adjustments that were needed without fuss and in a timely manner.
