If you don’t already have a building designer, we can connect you with trusted professionals we regularly collaborate with.
Our Process
Building a custom home is a big journey, but it doesn’t need to feel overwhelming. Here’s how we guide you through each stage, from first conversations to moving in.
We meet with you on site to understand your vision, your plans, and your site — giving us a clear starting point and early insight into scope, budget, and feasibility.
Once your plans are sufficiently progressed, we prepare a comprehensive proposal tailored to your project, clearly outlining inclusions and scope so you have a transparent understanding of costs.
Our team will guide you through the selections process — from kitchens and bathrooms to fixtures, colours, and finishes. We collaborate with specialist kitchen and joinery designers, and if your project requires additional support, we can connect you with an interior designer. You’ll also be able to review and confirm your selections in one place through our online software, keeping the process organised and stress-free.
Once your quotation and selections are confirmed, we finalise your contract documentation, including detailed inclusions and terms suited to your project.
This is where your vision comes to life. Once approvals are in place, we’ll confirm your start date and manage the build with you every step of the way. Brett and Skye will work closely with you throughout construction, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to the highest standard.
You’re always welcome to visit site, and through our online portal you can track schedules, selections, variations, and regular photo updates — keeping you informed and connected as your home takes shape
Before handover, we conduct a thorough walkthrough to ensure your home meets our highest standards. You’ll also receive a comprehensive handover folder with all relevant documentation. And once the keys are yours, we remain available — promptly handling any maintenance issues while you settle into your new home.
