This incredible home, designed by renowned local architect David Boyle, was an absolute joy to bring to life. Every tiny detail both externally & internally has been carefully considered to ensure a beautifully cohesive home. The complexity of this design required an incredibly high level of planning & expertise by our team. Each element of the build had to be well thought through to ensure a smooth process and the end result speaks for itself.

The home featured double glazed windows & doors throughout, louvres with low e glass, a huge 7 metre sliding door, recycled Tallowwood flooring to the upper floor & polished concrete to the ground floor. One of our favourite features is the absolutely stunning 65mm thick recycled Tallowwood stair treads which feature on the internal stairs, external stairs & boardwalk. Concealed fixings throughout give a seamless appearance to these treads and the character & warmth they add to the home is a beautiful contrast against the large expanses of glass & concrete.
