One of our favourite projects to date, this already impressive sprawling Matcham home underwent a renovation and addition that made it truly remarkable. We designed and built a standalone structure that seamlessly complements the existing architecture, incorporating a home office, library, garage, and wine cellar—all crafted with meticulous attention to detail.

The master suite was reimagined as a luxurious retreat, featuring a stunning new ensuite and walk-in robe that perfectly reflect the scale and elegance of the home.

The living and dining areas were opened up to create a larger, flowing open-plan space, improving connectivity to the kids’ bedrooms. Every aspect of the design—from layout to finishes—was carefully considered, resulting in a home that balances style, comfort and practicality effortlessly.

The outdoor areas were also elevated to match the home’s new level of luxury. The deck was extended adjacent to the living area and fitted with an operable louvre, creating a generous indoor/outdoor lifestyle. This new outdoor space also connects seamlessly to the previously isolated rumpus room, linking it to the yard and pool area—ideal for family living and entertaining.

The result is a home of exceptional quality and craftsmanship, where every detail has been thoughtfully executed to create a beautiful, functional and cohesive home.
